Bordeaux Cabernet Sauvignon VDP D'Oc, Maison Virginie, Languedoc-Roussillon
A home and its home-made wines
“This variety, so characteristic of Bordeaux, achieves perfect ripeness on our terroir. The winemaking process is geared towards making a fairly concentrated, powerful wine with good complexity of flavour. A full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon, full of personality.” Cédric Jenin
👀Deep, intense purple colour.
👃Pleasing aromas of black and red berries, such as cherries and blackcurrants.
👅Smooth, rich and subtly fruity on the palate. The smoothness of well-ripened grapes balances perfectly with a grippy tannic structure.
Food/wine pairings: Serve with red meats, dishes in sauce and grilled foods.
Best served at 16°- 18° C 13,5° vol. alc. Awards Silver medal at Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2011.
