Terms of sale
Purchases are charged upon completion of the service requested and on a monthly basis in the case of a subscription purchase.
At Winebox Inc., we stay behind our services. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, we will redo the entire package at no additional cost to you.
As long as you make your request within 24h from the delivery time.
If any event is cancelled, a full refund will be made.

Where members have a valid promotional code to redeem, they may use it towards the payment of their booking. Promotional codes are handed out by Winebox inc., at Winebox inc’s discretion, to groups of Users or individual Users via various means of communication, included but not limited to, newsletters and social media.
They may be redeemed directly at checkout, by entering the code in the field provided.
All customers must be the legal age limit of 18 years or older, as per national law. Customers found to be under the legal age will result in their account being cancelled and banned.
In the case of the customer not being in a position to pick up the product when delivered, we will deliver the product again on another date.
If for the second time the customer does not respond to delivery, the product will then be picked up from our business address.
